It’s a good thing the ERA Buy America corporate headquarters in La Palma are near a Baskin Robbins, as a celebratory ice cream cake may be in order.
The La Palma ERA franchise recently won the national award for most agents recruited per its size category. Additionally, the La Palma ERA ranked first in overall growth.
The contest, which ran for 90 days, tracked individual ERA franchises to see which business could hire the most agents. La Palma had the most new hires for 2 of the 3 contest months. But equally notable is that in terms of salespeople, this ERA franchise was (and is) the fastest-growing ERA period.
La Palma ERA president Mark Prather couldn’t be more proud of his team. The award reflects his company’s dedicated efforts to ensuring that ERA agents are happy agents. “To grow your business rapidly you need to be able to clearly differentiate yourself from your competitor by showing the consumer what makes you a better choice,” says Prather. “At ERA Buy America Real Estate we have an in-house marketing support system that does this for our agents.”
Because this contest only measured growth for a three-month period, it’s a safe assumption that over the course of 2012, the sky may indeed be the only limit for this booming business.
