This translates to a 5.5% increase over the past year.
Additionally, 3 of 6 Villa Park/Orange zip codes had a gain in their median selling price vs. 12 months ago.
More encouraging stats:
* Villa Park/Orange house sales were 2.3% of the countywide market in the latest period vs. 2.2% in the period 12 months ago.
* Medians within Orange/Villa Park zip codes ranged from $285,000 to $485,000 (compared to $260,000 to $440,110 12 months ago).
